“My name is Stephanie, and I am honoured to serve as the Centre Director at Little Learners Day Care Centre, Truganina. With 15 years of experience in the early childhood education industry, I have spent 8 years as an educator and Kindergarten teacher, and the past 7 years in leadership roles as a Centre Director. Throughout my career, my vision has always been to lead with passion and dedication, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. I am a firm believer in the power of diversity, as we play a pivotal role in shaping the way our children will interact with the world and with others in their future. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Educational Studies, a Diploma in Children’s Services, a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management, and a Certificate IV in Human Resources. With this diverse educational background, I approach leadership with an “all-rounder” mindset, balancing the management of the centre while also mentoring our team and providing strong support to our families. Hi, I’m Tejpal Kaur, and I am thrilled to be the 3-Year-Old Kindergarten ECT! I hold a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and have one year of experience in the early learning industry. Three-year-old kinder is such a magical milestone, and my passion is creating a warm, safe space where children can confidently explore, build friendships, and learn through play. I strongly believe in partnering with families to support every child’s unique developmental journey. Outside the classroom, I love spending time outdoors and exploring new activities. I look forward to an amazing year of growth and discovery with your little ones!
4 Year Old Kinder Teacher – Deb
Hello, my name is Deb, and I serve as the four-year-old kindergarten teacher at Little Learners in Truganina. With nearly 30 years of dedicated experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about fostering the growth and development of young children. Witnessing their learning and development is a truly rewarding aspect of my role. I especially enjoy guiding children through hands-on, messy play activities that promote experiential learning and creativity. I believe that teaching essential social skills and encouraging friendships are vital in kindergarten, as these connections are foundational for emotional regulation and well-being. Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment is my priority, ensuring that every child feels a strong sense of belonging. I aim to make my classroom a lively, engaging space where children can explore and learn freely. Incorporating messy play not only stimulates curiosity and persistence but also nurtures autonomy and innovation. I am committed to maintaining consistent routines daily, as they facilitate skill development in problem-solving, critical thinking, language, and self-identity. When children follow familiar routines, they feel secure and supported, which helps them manage emotional challenges during transitions like morning drop-offs and afternoon pickups, making these moments less stressful for both children and parents.

Additionally, I integrate the aspects of the Reggio Emilia approach, which encourages exploration and expression through art and creativity.
